Chicken Roti Roll



Ingredients
Chicken breast 1
Wheat flour ½ cup
Flour 1 cup
Salt As per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs As per need
Dalda Cooking Oil As per need
Directions
Wash chicken & cut into small fillets and marinate with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, soya sauce and 1 tbsp Dalda Cooking Oil
After 10 – 15 minutes, toss these fillets lightly into flour. Then dip the fillets in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden in Dalda Cooking Oil
Mix flour and wheat flour along with a pinch of salt, sugar and 4 tbsp Dalda Cooking oil and knead a dough adding water in it
Rub vigorously with palm for 10 – 12 minutes and wrap in muslin cloth or plastic bag for 10 minutes
Roll small chapatti and cook on griddle
