Fish Fillets In Mole Verde



INGREDIENTS
½ tsp powdered clove
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
3 - 4 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
20 gms parsley
20 gms coriander
3 basa fillets
For Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
5 - 6 pcs jalapeno pepper
2 medium finely chopped tomato
3 - 4 mushrooms
Salt to taste
2 - 3 tbsp grated dark chocolate
20 gm parsley sprig
20 gm coriander sprig
For Frying
Olive oil
For Garnish
Mushrooms
Clove powder
Cumin powder
Lemon juice
Parsley sprig
Coriander sprig
Clove powder
Cumin powder
Jalapeno pepper
Olive oil

PROCESS
Prepare a marinade by mixing clove, cumin, and black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl.
Now mix chopped parsley and coriander in the marinade.
Coat the basa fillets in the marinade and keep them for 2 mins – 3 mins.
Heat olive oil in another pan.
Put fennel seeds, garlic, jalapeno pepper, tomato and sliced mushrooms in the pan to cook for 3 mins – 4 mins on low flame.
Add salt and water in it to cook.
After cooked, add dark chocolate in it and melt it.
Now add parsley, and coriander sprigs in it to prepare a sauce.
Now heat the marinade oil in a grill pan.
Grill the marinated basa fillets in it.
Keep the sliced mushrooms, also sprinkle the clove and cumin powder, and pour the lemon juice on the fillets.
Place the prepared fillets on the prepared sauce and keep the parsley and coriander sprig from top.
Garnish the prepared fillets with clove and cumin powder, jalapeno pepper, and also olive oil.
