Fried Pomfret and Salsa



Ingredients
Pomfret ½ kg
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilies 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Maida (flour) 1 cup
Corn Flour 1 cup
Dalda Cooking Oil for frying
Directions
Wash and dry the fish. Make slits on both sides.
Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilies and lemon juice and marinate the fish in this mixture. Place it in the refrigerator.
In a platter mix maida, corn flour and salt to make a paste, by adding half cup of water.
Dip the marinated fish in this paste and fry it over medium heat with Dalda Cooking Oil.
Golden fry the fish from both sides.
