HARI BHARI SHIMLA MIRCH



Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Green Peas (Fried) 2 cup
Capsicums 6
Finely Chopped Onions 250 gms
Tomatoes 250 gms
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Nigella Seeds 1 tsp
Green Chilies 6
White Cumin Seeds (Crushed) 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch

METHOD
· In a pan add mince, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and dries the water.
· Now add fried green peas, fill it in capsicums.
· Heat oil and fry the capsicums, take it out.
· Add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, nigella seeds,crushed white cumin seeds,red chili powder, salt and little fry it.
· Then add fried capsicums, sprinkle coriander leaves and let it simmer.
· Delicious hari bhari shimla mirch is ready.
