Kadai Chicken



INGREDIENTS
Oil
Small elaichi
Dalchini
Javatri
Big elaichi
Long
Tejpatta
Dhania seeds
2 onion finely chopped
2 tblsp ginger garlic paste
Red chilly powder
Haldi
Black pepper powder
Dhania powder
Jeera powder
Chicken
Chopped tomato
Chopped capsicum
Red chilly
Salt to taste

PROCESS
Take a Kadai and heat 3 tblsp oil, add 2 small elaichi, dalchini, javatri, big elaichi, long, tejpatta, dhania seeds, chopped onion and roast on high flame.
Once onion gets a brown add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and mix well on flame.
Add 1 tblsp black pepper, 2 tblsp red chilly powder, ½ spoon haldi ,1 tblsp dhania , 1 tblsp jeera powder and add chicken in it. Marinate it.
Add 1 cup water and let it cook for some while.
Now take a pan, put 1 tblsp oil, fry the chopped capsicum and tomatoes.
Garnish the cooked chicken with fried capsicum and tomatoes, crushed dhania and a fried red chilly.
