INGREDIENTS
½ cup gram flour
1 tbsp green chilli paste
½ tsp turmeric
1 cup buttermilk
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oil (to apply on the plate)
For Tadka
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp sesame seeds
Asafoetida a pinch
For Garnishing
Few coriander leaves
Grated coconut as required
PROCESS
Keeping the gas off place a pan and add gram flour, green chilli paste, turmeric, buttermilk and salt.
Now switch on the gas and with the help of a whisk keep mixing this mixture.
Add oil and mix well.
Keep the steel plate upside down and grease it with oil and spread the prepared dough on this.
Cut this and roll it.
For tadka in a pan add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and asafoetida.
Now drizzle this prepared tadka on the khandvis with the help of a spoon.
Cut the prepared khandvi from the centre and arrange on a plate.
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
