Kolha poori chicken



Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Salt to taste
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Red chilli 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper rough crushed 1 tsp
Grinded coconut 2 tbsp
Tomato 2
Cinnamon 1 peice
Kari leave 1 cloves 4-6
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Yougurt 1 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken in yougurt,salt,chilli,turmeric,and lemon juice for half hour.
Finally chop onion and tomatoes...
Take oil in pan heat it and add cloves,cinnamon,and kari leave..then add garlic ginger paste for half minute add onions fry them til colour will be golden..when it is golden add coconut fry it for 3-4 minutes....add tomatoes...cold it and blend this all mixture...
Now take 2 tbsp oil...add chicken ...cover it for 20-25 miutes...check it when chicken is soft add mixture in it ...mix it and keep covered for oil is
