Lemony Bread Pudding



INGREDIENTS
For the lemon curd
5 egg yolks
2 lemon juice
½ tbsp sugar
1 zest of lemon
3 tbsp butter
For pudding
1 french bread
1 egg
200 ml milk
4-5 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp butter
Silver foil
For garnish
Lemon segments
Granulated sugar

PROCESS
For Lemon Curd,take a double boiler and beat 5 Egg yolks in it, add Lemon juice and Granulated Sugar in it.
Add zest of a Lemon and Butter, keep it in fridge to cool for half an hour.
For pudding, apply butter with the help of a brush on all corners and at the base of the baking dish.
Now whisk milk, eggs and powdered sugar together in a bowl.
Add crumbs of french bread in the baking dish and apply the layer of prepared lemon curd, seal this with a layer of the prepared egg and milk mixture. Repeat the process one more time.
Cover the baking dish with the silver foil kitchen paper and bake it on 175-180 degree centigrade for 25-28 minutes.
After taking out the Pudding from the oven plate garnish it with Lemon Curd on the side of the dish. Place segments of Lemon on the plate, and now sprinkle granulated sugar on the dish.
