Meatballs With Orange Glaze



INGREDIENTS
1 cup Mutton Mince
1 ½ tsp fine chopped Green chili
1 tsp fine chopped Parsley
1 tsp fine chopped Garlic
2 tsp fine chopped Onion
1 tsp fine chopped Jalapenos
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
To taste Salt
½ tsp Black pepper powder
½ cup Bread Crumbs
½ Egg
¼ cup Orange Juice
2 tbsp Orange Marmalade
¼ tsp Chili Flakes
¼ tsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Water
1 bowl Feta cheese (cut in 1 inch pieces)
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Parsley

PROCESS
In a bowl add meat mince, green chili, parsley leaves, garlic, onion, jalapenos, tomato ketchup, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix it well
Add bread crumbs and bind it.
Add and Mix one half egg.
Put the mixture in refrigerator for Half an hour.
For Orange sauce
Take a hot pan add orange juice, orange marmalade, salt, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes. Cook till smooth.
Mix some corn flour with some water and add in sauce. Cook some time.
Fill cheese in meat mixture and make small balls.
Pan fry the meat balls in low flame.
Toss it with Orange sauce and add parsley leaves. Mix it well
Meat balls are ready to serve.
