NAWABI MURGH



Ingredients
Chicken (8 pieces)
Onions Paste 1 cup
Yogurt 250 gms
Cream 1 cup
Butter 50 gms
Lemon Juice ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Currants 100 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Almonds Powder 2 tbsp
Carom Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp

Method
· Marinate chicken pieces with yogurt, lemon juices, ginger garlic paste, salt,almonds paste, roasted carom seeds, roasted cumin seeds, nutmeg and mace powder and red chili powder, leaves for half an hour.
· Now in a pan, heat oil add onion paste.
· When onion till little brown add masala chicken, cover it 10 to 15 minutes.
· When chicken are tender, add cream, currants and remove from the stove.
