Ingredients
Spaghetti 100 grams
Rice 11/2 ( one and half cup)
Meat boneless any ( i made with chicken...but it is more tasty in beef)
Salt as u needed
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp
1 onion
Chilli 1 tsp
Cumin seed( zeera) 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2-3
Crushed black pepper half tsp
Cheddar cheese half cup
Food coulour as u needed
Coriander 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2tbsp
Green chilli 2-3
Oil as u like
Method
Boil spaghetti.mix two tbsp oil in it and keep aside.
Boil rice.divid them in two pots.
Chop onion,tomatoes,green coriander,mint leaves and green chili.
Heat oil,fry onions to make them golden.
Add garlic ginger paste and zeera,then tomates and red chilli..fry til tomatoes bocome soft.
Add meat fry it and add 1 and half cup water in it.cover it til it will be soft and ready
Now take a pan,heat one tbsp oil add green chilli coriander,mint yellow colour and add half rice in it. A little bit fry and out from pan.
Now fry second part rice in black pepper add one pinch red colour and keep aside...heat spagetti and add cheese in it...
Then mix every thing in layers...
Mine was just presentation...after presenting i mixed everything
