Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Onions 250 gms
Green Chillies 6
Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
Carrots (grated) ½ cup
Spring Onions ½ cup
Capsicums ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Chinese Salt ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Oil as required
Eggs 2
Bread Slices (soaked) 2
Method
• In a chopper , add mince, green chillies, coriander leaves blend well.
• Now add grated carrots, spring onions, capsicums, cheddar cheese, red chili powder, salt, garam masala powder, chinese salt, ginger garlic paste, soaked bread slices mix well, and make kababs.
• In a bowl,add beaten eggs and dip in kabab then fry and serve it.
