INGREDIENTS
½ cup cooking chocolate
10 ml milk
1 sponge cake
Sugar syrup as per taste
For Garnish
Whipped cream as required
2 strawberries
PROCESS
Melt the cooking chocolate with the help of double boiling method.
Add milk to it.
Cut the sponge cake into layers.
Flatten the upper layer of the sponge cake.
Spread sugar syrup and melted chocolate on the bottom layer.
Place the second layer of sponge cake over it.
Prepare similar layers.
After the layers are prepared coat the entire sponge cake with the melted chocolate.
Remove this cake on a plate. decorate the cake with the help of whipped cream.
Prepare a flower out of one strawberry and a fan out of the other strawberry.
Decorate the Chocolate Truffle Cake with the Strawberries.
