JALAPENO POPPER CHEESE BREAD



INGREDIENTS
½ whole Loaf French Bread (from 1 Loaf Cut In Half Lengthwise)
4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
½ cups Shredded Mozzarella
½ cups Shredded Medium Cheddar
1 whole Jalapeno, Stem Removed, Diced
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

COOKING DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 F. Put the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread mixture over the top of the bread.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly. Then turn on broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.
Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack. Allow bread to cool for a couple minutes. Slice and serve.
