INGREDIENTS
Lychee 100 gm
Coconut milk 1 cup
Fresh cream ½ cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubesas required
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Blend together 100 gm lychee, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cup coconut milk for 3 – 4 minutes.
Now add ½ cup fresh cream and ice cubes as required. Blend for a few minutes.Now pour in tall glasses, serve chilled.
