2 mangoes
15 - 20 mint leaves
¾ cup orange juice
¾ cup pineapple juice
½ cup fresh cream
¼ cup sugar syrup
2 block vanilla ice cream

PROCESS
Keep the mango’s pulp in a bowl.
Blend mango pulp and mint leaves in a mixer to prepare a paste.
Now put the prepared paste and vanilla ice cream in the glasses.
Next, mix orange juice, pineapple juice, fresh cream, sugar syrup and vanilla ice cream in the mixer to blend.
Pour the prepared colada in the glasses.
Garnish the prepared colada with mango pulp, fresh cream and mint leaves.
Your Mango Colada is ready.
