INGREDIENTS
2 table spoons cocoa powder
2 eggs 100 gms butter
150 gms dark cooking chocolate
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cups plain flour
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven at 160* C temp conversion chart.
Grease the baking dish or pan.
Cut the chocolate and butter in small pieces.
Melt these at the lowest flame, adding little butter and chocolate in the pan at a time.
Set it aside to cool down at room temp.
Take sugar and sift in it flour and cocoa powder.
Mix well and add the cooled down butter and chocolate mix.
Now add and mix eggs one by one.
Add 1/2 of the peanut butter in the prepared batter.
Spread the batter evenly in the baking dish.
Spread the remaining peanut butter on the top, this gives the brownies a very nice double flavor.
Bake in preheated fan forced oven for 35 min at 160*C temp conversion chart.
When cools down, cut it into pieces and SERVE!.
