INGREDIENTS
Refined Flour: 1 ½ cup
Baking Powder : ¼ tsp
Baking Soda : ¼ tsp
Clove Powder : 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder : 1 tsp
Ginger Powder : ½ tsp
Chopped Ginger : 1 tbsp
Pumpkin Puree : ½ cup
Butter Milk : as required
Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
Refined Flour : to dust
Olive Oil : for greasing
Clove Powder : to dust
Refined Flour : to dust
Salt : to taste
Black Pepper Powder : to dust
For Glaze
Brown Sugar : 2 tbsp
Icing Sugar : 1 tbsp
Butter Milk : as required

In a bowl, add refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, clove powder, cocoa powder, ginger powder, chopped ginger, pumpkin puree, butter milk, olive oil, mix well & knead the dough.
Now cover the dough with butter paper, pour some olive oil & prove it for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Dust some refined flour, flatten the dough & sprinkle brown sugar over it & roll to form a loaf.
Now grease the baking tin with olive oil, dust some refined flour & place the dough in it & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Dust some refined flour, black pepper powder & salt over it.
Now place the moulds in a pre heated baking pot & bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the mould, let it rest for 4-5 minutes & de-mould the bread.
