Ingredients:

Method:
For dough: take a mixing bowl add ½ kg of all purpose of flour add 1 tsp of baking powder add to taste salt and 3-4 tbsp of vinegar mix it well with luke warm water to make a soft dough now cover the dough on a plastic cling and leave it for 1-2 hours. For filling : Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil add 3-4 onion, 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste mix it well and fry 2-3 minute. Now add ½ kg o chicken mince and slightly roasted then add ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soya sauce , 2 -3 tbsp of sesame seed oil and add to taste salt. Now add 1-2 tbsp of corn flour dissolve into some water mix it well when the sauce is thicken take it out in a bowl and let it cool down. Now take it out the dough and cut the round pieces then add the chicken filling into the middle and shape it like bun. Now take a steamer fill with water and place the tray on the steamer and steam on 20- 25 minutes. Now tale it out in a serving platter and serve it.
