SHEER MAAL



INGREDIENTS
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Dry Milk 1 cup
Plain Flour 1/2 kg
Milk 1/2 litre
Ghee 1 cup

COOKING DIRECTIONS
In lukewarm water add sugar and dissolve it well. Sieve flour and add all ingredients kneed with lukewarn milk.
Leave for 15 minutes to set. Roll in with with rolling pin.
Put on foil covered baking tray with kitchen foil. Put sheer maal on tray and mark with sheer mal comb.
Put in oven and bake for 250C for 7-10 minutes. When baked apply ghee on surface.
For Pan Sheer maal: Heat pan on stove put sheermal in pan and covered with lid let it cook for 3-4 minutes with out any water or oil.
After a while sprinkle water in sheermaal and trun side cook for 4-5 minutes more.
