Veg Cheese Cutlets



INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cooked Potato Vegetable
1 cup Cooked Cauliflower Peas Vegetable
2 tbsp Refined Flour
2 cup Bread Crumbs
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 cup Grated Mozilla Cheese
Salt to taste
Pomace Oil for shallow frying

PROCESS
In a bowl, take cooked potato and cauliflower-peas vegetable. Mash it well.
Add refined flour, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper powder in vegetables. Mix it well
In mixture balls, put cheese in filling and make patties.
Put oil in a pan for heat.
Roll the patties in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
