ALMOND CAKE RUSK ON DEMAND



Ingredients
2 cup all purpose flour
5 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oil ( butter, margerine it's your choice )
1/4 teaspoon yellow color
1/2 cup Suji
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon elachi powder/cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional)
Sliced almonds

Method
Beat eggs well in mixer
Add sugar baking powder and butter
Then add the flour yellow color and beat well
Put a wax paper in a tray and put the mixture in it on smooth level and sprinkle the sliced almonds on then bake on 350
In 15-20 mins it will be ready
Then take it out of the oven for cooling
Cut into pieces
Then spread all pieces in a tray and start the oven at 180 in 10 mins when their dry change their sides and when the color is golden change the other side for 5 mins
Put in airtight container you can use for months and they are more fresh then store bought ones
Note: If your using half quantity of this use square bakin tray and if you use this quantity is rectangular tray.
