Ingredients
1 packet vermicelli, thin one
250 gm khoya
1 cup milk
Sugar to taste
3-4 small cardamoms
3 tbsp ghee
Method
Heat ghee in a non stick pan and crackle cardamoms in it. Add vermicelli and roast them in ghee for 2-3 minutes.
Now add milk and sugar and put vermicelli on low heat covered for 3-4 minutes.
Vermicelli are cooked in this stage. Add khoya and mix it well.
Serve hot or warm.
