Mango Cup Cakes



INGREDIENTS
1 cup Semolina
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Mango Pulp
4-5 tbsp Condensed Milk
1-2 tbsp Fresh Cream
for decoration
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Mango Pulp
Silver Balls
for garnish
Mango Pulp
Mango Cubes
Silver Balls

PROCESS
In a bowl, add semolina, baking powder,mango pulp and condensed milk and prepare a batter.
Now, put the prepared batter in moulds.
Then bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
Now on a plate, drizzle some hershey’s chocolate syrup, mango pulp and sprinkle some silver balls and keep the cup cakes on it.
Garnish the prepared cup cakes with mango pulp, mango cubes and silver balls.
Your Mango Cup Cakes are ready.
