INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 tsp tea powder
For Salad
1 cup bell pepper juliennes
1 cup tomato juliennes
½ cup shredded lettuce leaves
For sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp ketchup
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander
For Garnish
Lettuce leaves as required
Chopped decorative carrots as required
PROCESS
Add Salt and let the eggs boil.
When boiled lightly crack the eggs with the help of a fork and add tea powder.
Remove the eggs and de shell them.
Prepare a flower out of one egg, cut wedges of the second egg and slice the third egg.
To prepare salad, in a bowl add chopped bell pepper juliennes, tomato juliennes, shredded lettuce leaves and mix them.
To prepare sauce, in a bowl mix mayonnaise, ketchup, black pepper powder, salt and chopped coriander.
Mix the salad and the sauce together.
Add the marble egg wedges into the prepared salad.
Place lettuce leaves and carrots on a plate.
Arrange the prepared salad, egg flowers and the egg slices and serve it.
