Mutton Curry without Onion & Garlic



Ingredients
Mutton (500gm)
2 pieces medium size Potato (Optional)
4 to 5 tbs Curd
4 to 5 tbs Ginger Paste
3 pieces of Red chili
3 pieces of Green Chili
Smooth paste of 1 pieceTomato,
Turmeric powder,
Ghee or oil as you like,
Cumin seed (Jeera) and fried Cumin seed (Jeera) powder both, Fried Fenugreek seed( Methi) powder, Fried Coriander powder, Black pepper powder,
Suger (Optional), Salt

Mrthod
1. Boil the mutton with salt (you should use pressure cooker). Separate the extra water and keep it to use later.
2. Fry potato pieces and keep it in a plate to use later.
3. Fry Red Chili and Cumin seed (use Ghee or White Oil to fry) then add boiled mutton. Fry it till mutton becomes tight.
4. Then add Ginger Paste. Fry it for few minutes.
5. Add Turmeric powder.
6. Add Tomato paste.
7. Add 4 tbs of Curd.
8. Fry these for few minutes and add sliced green chili then again fry till it becomes dry
9. Add fried potato pieces.
10. Now add the extra water (what you have found during boiling mutton).
keep it for few minutes, let it becomes greavy. Use Salt and Sugar(very small amount) as per your taste.
11. At last mix Black pepper powder, Fried Fenugreek seed( Methi) powder (very little amount), Cumin seed (Jeera) powder, Fried Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Ghee.
12. And now ready to serve.
