Recipe Ingredients
Black tealeaves 6 tsp
Water 3 cup
Ice 3 cup
Watermelon, cut into cubes 1/6 or 1/4 according to size
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Mint 1 sprig
Mint leaves for garnishing
Recipe Method
Brew tea in water.
Strain and cool.
Crush water melon, mint and sugar in a blender.
Pour in brewed tea and lemon juice and blend again.
Serve chilled with ice and garnishing of mint leaves.
