INGREDIENTS
¾ cup refined flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1 over riped banana
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp refined flour
5 - 6 walnuts
1 tsp refined flour
PROCESS
Take some flour and baking powder.
To that, add the cinnamon powder.
Sieve this so that the three ingredients mix absolutely well. Repeat this process thrice.
Take a ripe banana and make pieces of it.
Then add some sugar and beat it for around 3-4 minutes.
To this, add an egg and some butter.
Add the vanilla essence and mix it once more.
Make a batter and beat it.
Then add some flour to his.
Using the ‘cut and fold’ technique, mix it well.
Now chop some walnuts and toss them with some dry flour. And put it into the batter.
Now pour the batter into the moulds.
Bake it in the oven set at 180 degrees for around 20 minutes and serve.
