Ingredients
Flour 2 ½ cups
Instant yeast 2 ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Luke warm water ¾ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup
Cheddar cheese Grated ¼ cup
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Melted butter to brush
METHOD
Sieve flour add in salt, sugar, yeast, oil, mixed herbs and garlic powder and kneed into a soft dough with lukewarm water. Knead the dough well and leave to rise for 1 hour. Punch down the dough, make a big ball and put on a baking tray again leave to rise for 1 hour. Brush top with melted butter, spread with 3 cheeses topped with mixed herbs, 1 tsp olives sliced and bake in a pre heated oven on 200 C for 20 minutes.
