Ingredients
Chops 1/2 kg
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemons 3
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Oil as required
Method
Wash chops and put in pot.
Now put red chili, ginger garlic paste, white vinegar and salt and boil with out water.
When water of chops dries, remove it, take out chops and keep in tray.
Then heat oil in frying pan, fry chops lightly and put in pot.
When all chops are fried, add lemon juice and crushed black pepper and keep on simmer.
