Recipe Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg 8 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Yogurt whipped 1 cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Crushed cumin roasted 1 tsp
Brown onion grinded 2 tsp
Orange color pinch
Saffron ¼ tsp crushed
Allspice ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Recipe Method
Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, Chili powder 1 tbsp, Yogurt whipped 1 cup, Salt 1 ½ tsp, Crushed cumin roasted 1 tsp, Brown onion grinded 2 tsp, Orange color pinch, Saffron ¼ tsp crushed
All spice ½ tsp for 2 hours, heat oil in a pan, spread chicken, cover and simmer on low flame till oil comes on top, give dum of coal, serve garnish with onion and lemon rings, mint leaves
