Bentonite clay 4 tablespoons
Baking soda 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil 1 teaspoon
Basil essential oil 2 drops
Cinnamon essential oil/Orange optional
Add baking soda, salt, coconut oil, basil oil in bentonite clay. Mix it well and store this mixture in an airtight container.
How to Use: in order to use this mixture just use your toothbrush and gently massage this powder on the gums. Add water if needed to make a thick paste. Once done swish your mouth with water. This is very effective remedy for teeth bleaching.
In this remedy, we add sage leaves and sea salt to the tooth powder. Sage leaves have astringent properties and can help whiten the teeth, whereas sea salt is rich in minerals and aids in healing inflamed gums.
