CHICKEN FLOWER BREAD



For filling
Chicken boneless= 250gms
Onion = 1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tsp
Tikka masala powder = 1 tbs heaped
Cumin powder = 1 tsp
Garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste = 1 tb
Oil = 3 tb
Salt = to taste
Fry onion in oil till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste along with the chicken.Now add all seasonings cover & simmer for 15 minutes or water dries & chicken tenders .Let it to cool on room temperature.Choperize chicken in a chopper.Your filling is ready.
For dough
Flour = 2 cups
Salt = 1/2 tsp
Sugar = 1 tsp
Instant yeast = 1 tb (heaped)
Nido milk powder = 2 tb
Oil = 2 tb
Egg = 1
Onion seeds =
for topping
Mix all ingredients in a bowl & knead a soft dough with luke warm water.Leave it to rise for an hour.
Punch down the dough.Now make small size equal balls.Press each ball with hands & place 1 tb mince on each ball. Lift the edges & close properly to make it into round ball again.Now give cuts on edges. First (+ shaped) & then( x shaped) or as shown in the pic tutorial.Turn each cut into upside to make a flower .Do egg wash.Sprinkle onion seed in middle & bake in a preheated oven at 180’C for 15 to 20 mintues or till golden. —
