Daal Makhni



Ingredients
Blalck Masoor Daal 1 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) 4 cloves
Fresh Cream 1 packet
Oil ½ cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
Wask and soak 1 cup black masoor lentil with luke warm water.
Now add 2 cups more water in it with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
When the lentil are tender enough, blend them.
Now add 1 packet fresh cream in it with salt. And cook it for a while. Leave it on dum on low flame.
Now heat oil in a frying pan and add 2 tbsp butter and finely chopped garlic cloves.
When the garlic turns slightly brown, add the in the daal and serve it with plain rice.
