INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 chopped Green Chilies
7-8 Curry leaves
1 cup chopped Onions
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
To taste Salt
1 cup chopped Fish
1 cup Boiled Potatoes
1 cup Leeks
2 Eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
For shallow Fry Oil
PROCESS
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger paste, green chili, curry leaves and onion and sauté it till onion turns golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, salt and fish. Mix it well.
Add mashed boiled potatoes and leeks. Mix it well and leave it for cooling.
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Take the mixture in a big bowl.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Make small patties of the mixture.
Dip balls in egg and then coat it with bread crumbs and give a cutlet shape.
In medium hot oil shallow fry the balls.
Serve with Chutney.
Fish cutlets are ready to serve.
