INGREDIENTS
½ kg mutton
½ cup curd
3 big spoon oil
2 chopped onions
2 big elaichi
1 inch dalchini
½ tblsp heeng
3 loong
2 tblsp red chilly paste
½ tblsp elaichi powder
1 tbsp sugar
1.2 spoon jaiphal powder
1 tblsp dry ginger powder(sauth), salt to taste.
PROCESS
Take mutton in a bowl and marinate in curd. Leave it for some time.
Take oil in a handi and put elaichi, dalchini, long and onion. Fry it till onion gets brow.
Now add heeng and mutton in it. Roast it for a while and add red chilly paste, water, elaichi powder, jaifal, ginger powder and mix well. Cover it and let it cook for 20 min.
Open it ,garnish and serve.
