INGREDIENTS
1/2kg boiled mutton
3 big spoons of oil
2 chopped onions
3 big spoons kolhapuri Masala pasta
2 spoons dhania
1 tblsp kolhapuri red chilly paste
Salt
PROCESS
Kolhapuri Masala paste : take oil in a pan and put star anis, tejpatta, elaichi, jeera, dhania seeds, chopped ginger, garlic, red chillies, grated coconut and roast it for some time.
Now grind everything in a mixer to make paste.
