MURGH PALAK



Ingredients
Spinach (boiled) 1 kg
Fenugreek Seeds ½ kg
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 250 gms
Tomatoes 250 gms
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 10
Milk ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp

Method
• In a pan, heat oil add ginger garlic paste, when aroma comes add chicken and cook on high flame.
• Now chopped tomatoes and yogurt add in chicken.
• Then add cinnamon, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder, boiled spinach, fenugreek seeds and cook on high flame.
• When water dries add green chilies, milk , let it simmer for 10 minutes and removes from the stove.
