INGREDIENTS
Vermicilli: 1 cup
Saffron: few strands
Milk: 1 ½ cup
Peeled & Chopped Almond: 5-6 nos.
Chopped Pistachios: 8-9 nos.
Cardamom Powder: a pinch
Nutmeg Powder: a pinch
Sweetener: 1-2 tbsp.
For Garnish
Pistachios
Sugar Free Kalakand
Nutmeg Powder
PROCESS
In a pan, add vermicelli, saffron, milk & cook.
Now, add chopped almonds & pistachios, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, sweetener & mix well.
Garnish with pistachios, sugar free kalakand & sprinkle nutmeg powder.
Your Sugar Free Seviyan Payasam is ready.
