Taftan



For taftan dough
Flour =300 gms or 3 cups,
Yeast= 1 tsp
Nido= 3tb
Caster sugar=2 tb
Melted butter or oil= 2tb
Salt = 1 tsp ( leveled)
Take all ingredients in abowl & knead with warm water.Dough should be soft.leave it to rise for atleast one hour.now make taftan & prick with the back of the spoon.brush up with the topping mixture given below & bake it at 180'C for 12 to 15 min or till golden.

For topping
Oil= 2tb
milk= 2tb
brown sugar= 1 tsp
yellow food colour= 1 pinch
Mix well & apply on the top of taftan b4 baking.
