Exercises for vision enhancement

Exercises can effectively work to enhance the eyesight, in many cases these exercises show very positive results that many patients permanently get rid of vision glasses and enhance eyesight naturally.

Exercise # 1 Sit straight and move your eyes without moving your head and neck like your eyes looking at your ears as hard as you can. First look at the right side then left the side, at least 25 times repeat this exercise daily.
Exercise # 2 Look at sky or ceiling and then look at your foot thumb do this 25 times and do not move your neck or head. Pause for 30 seconds before going for next exercise.

Exercise # 3 Move your eyeballs diagonally up and then down in both sides first from left bottom to right up then down back towards left bottom, similarly from right bottom to the left side up.

Exercise # 4 Move eyeball of your both eyes in a circle, by making this circle first from the right side and then from the left side do this 25 times.
Exercise # 5 Now this is a focusing exercise place your thumb straight in front of the nose and moves your thumb towards your eyes by focusing. Take your thumb close to your eyes and then away from eyes, close and then away repeat this 25 times.

Exercise # 6 Last exercise slightly rubs your palms with each other and when they heated up cover your eyes with your palms for a minute this will relax your eyes. Repeat this whenever you feel free.
Home Remedies for Eyesight

Remedy # 1

Almonds 7
Fennel seeds 2 teaspoons
Coriander seeds 2 teaspoons
Sugar candy (misri) 2 teaspoons

Add all ingredients together and grind the to make a powder, now add 1 teaspoon of this powder in a lukewarm milk, use this daily at night before going to sleep.
Remedy # 2

Liquorices powder ½ teaspoon
Honey 1 teaspoon
Butter ½ teaspoon
Warm milk 1 glass

Add ½ teaspoon of liquorices powder (Mulathi), 1 teaspoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of butter (ghee) in lukewarm milk, mix it well and drink this daily at night before going to bed for sleep.

Remedy # 3

Fried Chickpea 500 grams
Almond 250 grams
Sugar candy (misri) 150 grams
Fennel seeds 150 grams
Char magaz combination of four seeds/nuts: (Almonds, Pumpkin seeds, Cantaloupe seeds and Watermelon seeds) 150 grams
Add all ingredients together and make a powder, take 1 tablespoon every morning with an empty stomach or at night before going to bed.

Tips for eyesight


Fix the anti-glare screen on your computer.
Daily wash your eyes with cold, fresh water 2 to 3 times in a day.
