INGREDIENTS
¼ cup butter
½ cup castor sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Raspberry flavored cream as required
Chocolate flavored cream as required
For Garnish
Almond flakes as required
PROCESS
To prepare the dough, in a bowl add butter, castor sugar and blend with a hand blender.
Then add the all-purpose flour and baking soda and blend well.
Add vanilla essence and water and mix with a spatula.
Make small balls of the dough and place them in a baking dish.
Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and then bake for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them cool.
On a macaron spread the raspberry flavored cream and add almond flakes as toppings. Sandwich this with another macaron.
On one more macaron, spread chocolate flavored cream and add almond flakes as toppings. Sandwich this with another macaron.
Repeat this process for the rest of the macarons.
Serve them on a bamboo plate and garnish with almond flakes.
Almond Macarons are ready.
