Aromatic Turmeric Rice



INGREDIENTS
3 Lemon grass
2-3 tsp oil
4-5 Basil leaves
3 cups Rice soaked in water
2-3 tsp Sesame oil
1 Cucumber
7 Red chillies
6 Green chillies
1 Chopped red capsicum
1 Chopped yellow capsicum
1 tsp Poppy seed
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 cup Coconut milk
For Garnish
Cucumber
Sesame oil
Mint leaves
PROCESS
Heat the sesame oil in a steamer. Add lemon grass, basil leaves, rice and cook for 8-10minutes.
Now again heat the sesame oil in a pan and add red chilli, green chilli, chopped capsicum, yellow capsicum, poppy seeds, ghee and cook.
Now add cloves, turmeric powder, coconut and boil and mix rice.
Serve the rice with cooked red chilli, green chilli, capsicum mixture and cucumber and garnish it with sesame oil and mint leaves.
