Bengali Fish Curry


INGREDIENTS
Fish
1 tblsp jeera
2 tbsp dhania seeds
1 tbsp rai
3 red chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste

PROCESS
Take jeera, dhania,rai,red chilllies and grind them thoroughly .
Take oil in a Kadai and roast the above mixture in it. Add ginger garlic paste and stir for a min.
Now add chopped tomatoes and fish and marinate.
Add salt to taste.
Now add some water for gravy. Cover it and let it cook for a while. Garnish with chopped dhania.
Serve hot.
