Chicken Malai Kebab



Ingredients
1/4 cup cheese
500 g chicken breast
2-3 tbs coriander finely chopped/paste
2 tbs corn flour
3 tbs cream(I used whipping cream-liquid)
4 tbs sour cream
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1-2 green chili-paste
1/2 tsp meat tenderizer
2 tbs oil
2 tsp black pepper/white pepper powder(I used white pepper powder)
Pinch of salt(the cheese is salty so don't add too much salt)

Method
Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces n dry extra moisture with kitchen towel.
Now make 1st marination:
In a bowl add meat tenderizer, white pepper power/black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste mix well, add chicken cubes in it mix well to all very well.
Let it sit for 30minutes in fridge.
Now make 2nd marination:
In another bowl add mozzarella cheese paste(knead with hands to make it smooth paste) sour cream/thick yogurt, cream, corn flour, chili paste, coriander paste, salt , oil n mix well, then add marinated chicken in this marination, let it sit for another 1hour.
Arrange marinated chicken pieces on to skewers leaving enough space between chicken pieces.
Put the skewers on to baking tray in a way that they don't touch the bottom of the tray. You want to keep the skewers hanging on the baking tray.
Preheat oven at broil for 10minutes.
After 10minutes turn the side and again bake for 10 more minutes(or on each side till fine color on the kebabs)(keep an eye on them so they don't burn)
Serve hot with fresh salad & mint yogurt on the side.
