Chocolate Chips Coffee Cake

INGREDIENTS
1-1 ½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 ½ tsp coffee powder
3 tbsp olive oil
1 ¾ cup soya milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Salt a pinch
6 tbsp icing sugar
½ cup chocolate chips
Chocolate chips as required
¼ dark chocolate
¼ white chocolate
For garnish
Dark chocolate
White chocolate
Chocolate chips
Coffee powder
Honey
PROCESS
Mix all purpose flour, cooking soda, coffee powder, olive oil and soya milk in a bowl to make a batter.
Now, mix vanilla essence, salt, icing sugar and chocolate chips in it.
After this, pour the prepared batter in a mould and sprinkle chocolate chips on it.
Bake it in oven at 190 ° Centigrade for 25-30 mins.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in the double boiler and mix soya milk, dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate chips along with coffee powder in it.
Next, mix olive oil in it to prepare a paste.
Garnish the prepared pieces of cake with dark chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate chips, coffee powder and honey.
