INGREDIENTS
For Dough
2 cup refined flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp soda
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 cup powdered sugar
4 tsp desi ghee
10 - 12 chopped almonds
For Greasing
Desi ghee
For Sprinkle
Cardamom powder
For Garnish
Icing sugar
Cardamom powder
PROCESS
Mix refined flour, salt, soda, cardamom powder, powdered sugar and ghee in a bowl.
When a bread crumb consistency is formed, form a dough with the help of water.
Form small rounds of the dough and place them in a greased baking tray.
Top them with ghee soaked chopped almonds.
Sprinkle cardamom powder from top.
Bake it for 14 mins – 15 mins on 180 degree centigrades in a preheated oven.
Garnish the nankhatais with icing sugar and cardamom powder.
Your Parsi Nankhatai is ready.
