Ingredients
2 cups flour/maida
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1 tbs vanilla powder/essence
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup soda/sparkling water
2 tbs cocoa powder
Method
Preheat the oven at 180 C, and grease two 8" or 9" baking tins.
Beat eggs & sugar until foamy, then add in oil+Milk+soda/sparkling water+vanilla essence beat well, then add in sifted flour+baking powder beat well, then divide the batter in half, then add 2tbs Cocoa powder in one half and beat well(as shown in pic), then in another half add 2tbs extra flour and beat well, now pour the batter one by one 2tbs each(as shown in pics)
For the flower cake:
Pour the batter one by one 2tbs each(as shown in the pics) then take bamboo skewer and make flower(as shown in pics)
Now bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, once baked let it cool for 5-8minutes.
Moist and yummy cake is ready to be served.
Serve with coffee/tea.
