INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise – 1 1/2 cups
Sour cream – 1 1/2 cups
Chipotle chiles in adobo – 2 cans
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt – to taste
Freshly ground black pepper – to taste
METHOD
In a blender, put the mayonnaise, sour cream, peppers, and lime juice, blend well until becomes into puree.
Then put the mayo for 1/2 hour in the fridge to let the
flavors to blend.
Then add salt and pepper according to your taste and use.
