Ingredients
Ice chilled evaporated milk = 1 can (385ml )
Condense milk = 3/4 can
Whipped cream = 250 ml
Chocolate sauce = as required
Walnuts (roasted & crushed) = 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips = 2 tb
Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
Method
Beat evaporated milk till its tripple in volume.Milk must should be little frozen.Now add condense milk & vanilla essence & beat again till mix very well.At last add whipped cream & mix with beater on very slow speed.Now pour this mixture into air tight box.when it become half frozen fold walnuts + chocolate chips &chocolate sauce swirl with shashlik stick then again freeze till fully frozen
